Before you can join in on our regular group classes, we want to make sure you are proficient with many of the fundamental movements we perform and have a basic understanding of the CrossFit program. Which why we have created our On-Ramp program.
- Cost is $50.00 and payment must be made prior to starting the On-Ramp.
- You can pay by cash or check made payable to Lucky 13 Fitness LLC on the day of your first On-Ramp session
- Also credit card payment is available thru our website via PayPal, click here for payment link.
- Approximately three hours long.
- To learn and review CrossFit’s basic movements.
- Must complete the On-Ramp or have previous CrossFit experience prior to joining group sessions.
- A $20 Fee will be charged to “no shows” for scheduled On-Ramps without 24 hour notice.
