A) Burgener Warm Up w/barbell

B) Burgener Skill Transfer Exercises w//barbell.  1 rep of each movement for 2 sets

Snatch Push PressOverhead SquatPressing Snatch Balance > Heaving Snatch Balance > Snatch Balance.
