    I’ve never been there when you did the Filthy Fifty! I did a modified version out here….

    50 Jump Squats
    50 Ring Rows
    50 Dumbell Swing, 30 LBS
    50 Walking Lung
    50 abmat situps
    50 Push press, 45 pound plate
    50 Supermans
    50 Thrusters, 15 lb DB each hand
    50 Burpees
    50 Double unders
